Malgus at the start of "Deceived" was roughly Even/Steven with PoD Bane.

By the end of TOR he had surpassed him by a considerable margin.

Malgus imo is second only to Vitiate in his era. And even that he's not that far below him considering he can give either the Imperial or the Republic Heroes pause.

In short, Bane is toast.
