Umm no they aren't the same... there were ghosts in both movies.. You can remove them... Stone Giants weren't Ghosts though.. nor death or any kinda abstract like that. So why are they excluded?

They have a minor role just like Death so it is unfair to include either but the stone giants would be easily dealt with.
