The pacifista barely matter- they don't have a defense against him just Amaterasu-ing them both right off the bat.

Then it comes down to Itachi vs Kuma, and I'd bet on Itachi there.

I think Kuma could probably push any of his Justus away. Even Amaterasu.

That's why it's a fight.

If he couldn't, Itachi would take them all out easily. With the pushing, he has a defense, but it is possible to get past the defense, as we've seen.
