Shai-Gen's Enigmatic Wong
1. Colossus - He has the highest strength and durability feats of any Homo Superior mutant.
2. Wolverine - He has a few hundred years of fighting experience under his belt. He often doesn't showcase his skill because he doesn't need to. But in this case he would and the difference between him and all the others would be clear.
3. This is hard. As most of the adults have done something sheisty at some point or another. Gateway I think is a good answer. He helped the X-Men several times for no reason other than it being the right thing to do. He helped the Marauders to stop them from murdering his fellow aboriginals and destroying his home, and he sacrificed his life to save Psylocke and several others recently. He was pretty much selfless. He also trained Manifold/Eden Fesi and allowed him to join the Secret Warriors and then the Avengers. And at several times Eden has saved the day.
4. I don't think there's any one answer for this. There's so many people. Sabretooth, Sinister, Daken, Mystique, Magik, Fabian Cortez, etc... The list goes on for days.
5. This is another hard choice. As the X-men have all pulled off some spectacular victories over the years. I think they could all be MVP's, it just really depends on what you want out of that team. Shadowcat would be picked first for an infiltration unit for example. Colossus would be picked if they needed some heavy hitters.
Cyclops if they needed tactics or some heavy duty firepower, etc...
6. Beak...no, Doop. Wait...No-Girl? She's sorta useful...Angel Salvadore? Nah, It's either Beak or Doop.
7. Iceman is a strong contender, mainly because his abilities are so versatile while most are pretty straight forward. When Rogue could call up powers she'd absorbed at will, she'd probably be a good pick, but she can't do that anymore. On the physical power side of things, I'll say tie between Iceman and Storm.
I'd say Magik, but a lot of that stuff is magical not mutant in nature. On the more mental aspect, I'll say Doctor Nemesis and Forge tie. They've both created some crazy shit, and Nemesis at one point transcended the 3rd dimension and conquered the 11th dimension in a few moments. He became a god within it and overpowered a genius who'd been studying it for decades.
8. Storm I think. She can do so much more than she showcases a lot of the time. She mostly goes for overt power, but could pull off a crap load of stuff with her weather manipulation.
9. Toad. He was bullied by the Brotherhood for years and took it all because he didn't think he could do better.
10. Nightcrawler. Everybody likes Nightcrawler. All the X-Men, all the students. There's not a good mutant around that doesn't like Kurt Wagner. Most widely known is Cyclops though, no doubt.
11. For the good guys, it's a split between Wolverine, Bishop and Cyclops. Cyclops is hated by much of the mutant community and like, pretty much the majority of the hero community. Wolverine is likewise hated by most of the mutant community, and a large portion of the hero community as well, but not to the extent of Cyclops. Bishop tried to kill Hope as a baby and the entirety of the X-Men and their affiliates pretty much hate him. Even Storm and the others who were with him in the new X-Force and found out how shit his life has been and how hard he's tried to repent still don't treat him great. Difference is, Cyclops and Bishop have legit reasons. Logan is just an a$$hole. For the bad guys...Toad.
