No doubt. I am not saying he is weak, nor am I saying Hyperion is either. But over the years, Thor and Hulk have racked up a lot of wins or at least faced down characters consistently out of their league that put them slightly above characters like Blue Marvel. Maybe its just cause I'm kinda old school so Surfer, Thor and Hulk will always be the pinnacle of High herald characters to me.
