1. The shield is supposed to absorb shock not produce them
2. Venom is not THAT sensitive to sound vibration. If he was that sensitive then he wouldn't survive a minute in the cacophony of New York city. Heck, if that was the case then all Spiderman would have needed to do was clap or whistle and he would have defeated Venom.

Its intense sounds anyway, Like with Spidey he broke free of Venom with the sound of a church bell...just like in the movie.

Depends what caps surroundings are, the OP of this thread was awful cause we dunno where they're fighting and dunno if cap knows Venoms sound weakness. Spidey started off his fight with Venom with nothing that could produce a sound that was loud enough to hurt Venom until he knocked down some pipes and started using them when he remembered and realised that the church bells and loud sounds hurt him. If there's anything around for cap to use that could produce a loud sound then he might be able to win, but then I think cap will be dead before he realises Venoms weakness unless he already knows. Spidey nearly met his end via Venom but Harry saved him, and spidey is stronger (cap lifted a bike, spidey stopped a top speed moving train), he's faster, more agile and has his spider sense even though it was never mentioned in spider-man 3 whether his spider sense did or didn't work against Venom. Venom > Spider-man > Cap.
