Easily. Broly the Legendary Super Saiyan is non canon. Broly Second Coming is canon to the first film. Doesn't matter to the second movie if the first movie was canon to the main story.

ohhhhhh. Very Good analogy because honestly i was confused. Anyway one quick question. Were does that leave bio broly? i mean it was so different from the other 2 movies is it canon to those or is it it's own entirely different entity

Bio Broly never happened.

IT NEVER HAPPENED!

Is everyone on this thread high?

SSJ Bardock is not cannon.

That is all. No one gives a shit about Battle of gods. It's cannon, Toriyama wrote it. He had nothing to do with the Bardock special. It is less than Tertiary cannon.

No

Episode of Bardock is not canon. It was created by Naho Ooishi. Toei made the anime based on Naho's manga. They usually just put in Akira Toriyama as the original creator as in what the series is based on. They put that for GT as well, whereas Akira Toriyama didn't do much of GT at all.

No, Akira Toriyama helped write it. It's in the Manga.

Ok, I was wrong, he didn't write it, but he was the directo of it and did the design of Chilled.

Still non canon

Why?

2 reasons.

1. Bardock Father of Goku was not created by Akira. He did like the character of Bardock and decided to make him canon but the story itself was never ever stated to be canon. So until it is classified as canon by Akira himself, or referenced in a canon storyline, then it and all spin-offs(including Episode of Bardock) will be considered non canon.

2. (And this is the better reason since it can't be argued against) Akira recently wrote a canon story about Bardock and Goku's mom while they were living on Planet Vegeta. That story itself contradicts almost everything in the original Bardock movie. That cements the film and any spin-offs as non canon.
