Victor Zsasz vs Emperor Penguin

Fight on a cargo ship.

Emperor stomps, surely?

Zsasz is pretty tough even Batman has difficulty taking him down without seriously injuring him. I view EP as missing the edge to truly make this one sided.

Granted Zsasz is my favorite bat rogue, so I'm biased.

True. But he's still a human with no armour, just a knife, and lots of pain resistance, right?

Whereas Ignatius had skin which was pretty tough (made of bark?) And was pretty strong.

Yeah, he has been shown to carry a gun and is a highly trained contortionist.

Fair enough, still Emperor I feel. Man Bat Serum, Poison Ivy additions, Venom and Freeze tech....

Emperor Penguin is like Manbat powerful and has hardened skin. Not sure how Zsasz is going to beat him.
