This goes to Ock. Tobey Spidey is significantly faster, stronger, and more agile than Cap, and he still barely managed to cope with the arms mobility. Hell, Ock would have killed Spidey their first encounter if Aunt May hadn't brought judgment with her umbrella.

Is Cap allowed to acquire a gun? It still kind of pisses me off that he hasn't regularly used one since TFA. He is a soldier, it should be perfectly in-character for him to use one and kill his opponents.
