since his fight against Cap is an unmitigated stomp (in Cap's favour in case you were wondering) Rage put forth that these 2 were in the same category and i was wondering if you guys agreed

Imo, there physical stats are more or less equal, but Bucky's metal arm gives him too much of an advantage.

He activates the servos in that arm and beats Ozy to death.

Bucky wins.
