Riddick vs Judge Dredd

Dredd has vowed to take Riddick in dead or alive. He travels to a distant planet, tracks Riddick down, and the battle begins. Riddick manages to get rid of Dredd's sidearm, and they fight with daggers.

The battle takes place in a desolate desert.

I'm presuming this is the Karl Urban Dredd.

Riddick has a lot of strength/durability feats that make a h2h fight about the same as a knife one. It won't be over as quick, but there's no way he could lose.

Still Riddick. Movie Dredd doesn't have a lot feats.

And with a gun it would be too much in Dredd's favor. The only way to make this a somewhat even match is to give Dredd a gun, Riddick a knife, put them in a big prison (or building) and tell them to hunt each other down.

Given that Riddick constantly outmanueveurs entire merc teams and death cult empires, and considering the ease in which he WTFpwned the necromonger who killed the imam, and the damage he tanked in Riddick, he should be able to take it H2H, bladefight, or hunting match, as well as the OP scenario. IDK who'd take the gunfight though.

Dredd's uniform is too bulky to out manoeuvre a Furyan.

Riddick has also shown skill with guns. Give him a Necro gravity gun.

I remember Riddick blasting the Necros on Crematoria, but I am uncertain if it was more impressive than Dredd's shots.

I think Dredd is better with a gun, especially since Lawgiver pistols have several modes of fire.

Also aren't they train to make their shots count.
