Franklin runs into Dracula on the way home from school and senses that Dracula is a "bad man". Frank boasts that "my Uncle Ben would clobber you, bad man."
"Indeed? We shall see, young man, we shall see. I must meet this uncle of yours."
Frank invites Dracula into the Baxter Building so he can prove it, and the fight is on.
