Could lightsaber's be modified to give off heat?
Lightsabers don't give off heat until they make contact with a surface. Wouldn't it be easy to install a modification to have them constantly give off some heat. Not anything in centigrade kelvin magnitude, just a basic heat source. It would have been really damn useful for Luke on Hoth!!
