H2h applies to Manhunter in the first scenario, he can't go intangible.

Pretty much, Thor by no means will coast through the round 2 but he will unleashed some serious godly powers; Thor can win at least half in the 2nd fight

J'onn's strength and speed factored in with Etrigan's is a lot for Thor to handle in a fistfight.

I don't know. Probably team on average, but then again, Martian Manhunter is so....useless. And half the time, Etrigan isn't Herald level in strength from what I've seen.

If Etrigan is elite in stats and John isn't a totally useless prick, they should win 8/10 against average Thor*.

In pure hand to hand, it becomes a more balanced match up because Thor's noticeably more skilled and not only mentally tougher, but physically as well. Let's not forget, he's taken on and beaten Thing/Hulk, not once, but f*cking twice.

*If you limit Thor's appearances to his own titles, average Thor starts meaning an entirely different thing

If by taking on, you mean Superman casually catching his punch and knocking him out, then yeah.

But Superman can do that to Thor as well, so meh. Etrigan has casually overpowered Wonder Woman though and fought Lobo to a double ko.

J'onn has held himself well against Captain Marvel in a slugfest and then koed him with a suckershot. If Etrigan can distract Thor, J'onn can easily ko him.

The only problem with this, is that one of those matches are H2H. Thor did defeat Glory, so there's that.

h2h thor COULD win. mm has a glass jaw at times and the demon CAN be inconsistent sometimes. in general, they should take him most of the time though--8/10 at least imo. all powers? mm has some CRAZY mindrape feats. add the demon? don't see thor winning that fight at all, unless he goes all uber-exotic for 1 fight..... i'd give ss better odds in an all-powers in battle.
