So a quick repulsor blast to the face from feet away is the same as a lightsaber to the neck? Cool story.
That was a repulsor blast at point blank range. Didn't even give Thor a rash. And considering that IM's repulsor blasts have been known to blast through steel, I say the effects of a lightsaber are questionable at best.
Not saying they can't hurt Thor, but you'd be a fool to think they'd cut through him as easily as they cut through everything else. In the end, you're the one who claimed to have proven that a lightsaber can cut through Thor... and yet I see no proof.

100 times or more, still looking for you amazing TK's feats from Anakin.
TK is TK, dude. Obi Wan can easily lift Thor's 200ish pound frame (or 300, 400, 500) off the ground, man. He lifted battle droids off the ground with ease and they weigh more than that.

A lightsaber is a piercing weapon, like Loki's dagger. The dagger pierced his skin just fine. Stop cpmparing blunt force trauma and burns to piercing wounds, world of difference there.
Think on it like this: A bulletproof vest obviously stops a bullet, but can be stabbed through.

Pretty good idea, valid screen feat as wellThe prostate still can't produce any.
Hey Noobie, question for you....If Thor saw a battle axe laying on the ground, would he be able to pick it up and use it? Wait, if Iron Man saw a shotgun laying on the ground, would he be able to pick it up and use it? No, wait.........Would Hulk be able to lift a TIE Fighter off the ground and throw it?

No, a lightsaber is laser. Concentrated energy, like IM"s repulsor lasts. Loki's dagger is a sharpened piece of asgardian metal, probably enchanted. Stop comparing steel weapons with energy based weapons. You still don't have proof that Thor can be pierced by a lightsaber.

So a steel blade now>>>>a blade powered by plasma that can cut through 3 feet of steel? Hell, I guess Loki could use that dagger to cut through the armor of an Abrams tank.

Steel blade? No. Magical Asgardian steel blade? Maybe. Magical asgardian blade wielded by someone as strong as Loki? Yes.
You act as if the knife was the only thing responsible for harming Thor, completely forgetting the fact that it was being wielded by someone as strong as Loki who is a whole load stronger than any jedi.

The blade of a normal dagger would have been broken. Again, you forget that Loki was using an Asgardian dagger. Probably magical as well.
Because it's really stupid to assume that Asgardian weapons would break when used against Asgardian durability. Common sense no?

Irrelevant, Luke is the most powerful Jedi as you claim and he could never lift the tie fighter and throw it. Hulk could do it without thinking, it took yoda like 5 minutes.

Lifting with physical force is not the same as lifting with TK, you do realize this, yes? Example: Which is stronger? Hulk's brute strength, or Galen Marek's TK?

Sigh. Where have I ever claimed that? What I said was 1. Asgardian weaponry was obviously built so it can harm Asgardians and beings of similar make-up, 2. Asgardians are way stronger than Jedis, and 3. Asgardian weaponry is stronger than human weaponry
So your logic that a lightsaber can cut Thor simply because Loki's knife cut Thor is quite frankly, completely without basis.
ANd to answer your question, we actually have no idea of Asgardian weaponry is >> than SW weaponry. There's a good chance they might be.
