So again, in the context of the Novel that puts Vader >> Vastor, Vastor isn't even stronger than the Jedi, (presumably this doesn't mean literally every Jedi, but assumedly the higher tier ones,) and he'd certainly be below Mace.

1. Darth Sidious (DE)
2. Darth Vader (Knightfall)
3. Darth Plagueis
4. Exar Kun
5. Darth Krayt
6. Darth Caedus
7. Darth Tenebrous
8. Darth Vader (ROTJ)
9. Darth Malak (Star Forge)
10. Darth Revan or one of the other Ancient Sith
Not including the intermediary Banites.
Edit: Cronal would also make the list, if he's indeed more powerful than Darth Vader.
