I agree, it's not right that everyone on Ziost died because Revan was such a colossal f*ckup. It should have been him Vitiate killed.

I think the title is misleading, he just seemed to completely destroy the people on the planet, he didn't actually destroy it. It's a nice feat, but I think the title is misleading in that he destroyed it when it's still there.
