Well the way I see it:

Hord vs Mace = Draw

Revan vs Dooku = Revan edges it.

Hord vs Dooku = Hord

Revan vs Mace = Probably Revan.

I assume the draw between tulak and mace is because of vaapad?

You put Mace>Dooku, or is that just because of Mace's Vaapad against Hord?

Vaapad and Shatterpoint are apparently Win Cards, even though the de facto book on the subject specifically points out that neither is a guaranteed leverage in all situations.

Yep. If Mace can stalemate Sidious, he can stalemate Hord at least.
