Did Vitiate ever die?

SWTOR HoT defeated his human body but not his spirit he could have went into another body? Did he ever die afterwards? He was considered immortal do you think he lived Into the PT era or possibly past the legacy era?

No, he died at some point.

As confirmed by the Plagueis novel (the only good part about the book...having the satisfaction knowing he did, indeed, die)
