Its a good match up but considering Doom can be hurt eventually and Sebastian really cannot unless he gets mind raped. Anything Doom does Shaw is going to come back 10 times as hard. 2 examples of him making people literally by touching them after being powered up. If Shaw did that too Doom he might go down the same way.

Will Doom have access to Shaws bio, if so hell know that slow moving objects will penetrate and hurt/kill him (thats how Magneto killed him). If not, then Shaw probably wins in the end.
It was not the fact that it was a slow moving object that killed him, it was the fact that X was in his head preventing him from moving and using is powers, he had him on lockdown. So when Magnus pushed the coin through his head, he had enough force to penetrate his skin and he could not absorb it due to being incapacitated.

See, Im not so sure about that. Xavier prevented Shaw from moving and fighting back against Eric, but it was Eric's slow moving coin, gradually piercing Shaws brain, that killed him in the end. Shaws powers happen automatically, he doesnt will them on and off, so Xavier controlling his mind and body shouldnt have any effect on Shaws powers being on and off.
