Kit Fisto VS General Grievous (No magnaguards)

Grievous cant use cowardly tactics such as escaping or magnaguards. This is the clone wars cgi grievous and this is Kit Fisto (ROTS)

Grievous goes down.

Grievous would lose but if it was someone equal to his skill level Fisto would go down. The problem is Fisto's form has an advantage over numerous fast enemies or very fast forms which Grievous's dueling is based off of. Any other enemy on the same level as Grievous would best Fisto though don't get me wrong.
