I like Golgo. He is overall a good guy. He just doesn't read Marvel, at all. So, he doesn't know their power levels or what they can do which is the reason why he makes spite threads, or, it could be intentional.

Flash should be able to take him down before he gets all exotic matter manip mode.

In fairness, the tiers thread doesn't account for a lot of DCNU incarnations. Most still reflect their pre-boot levels. So this isn't a stomp by default.
