Thor versus Count Dooku

However it has not cut threw anything powerful. Steel is the strongest thing its cut trough.

Fail. Lightsabers cut through many metals in a far advanced universe. Only thing/s that were saber resistant were metals designed specifically for that purpose.

And what feats do those certain metals have?

Withstanding blows from lightsabers.

Let's say Thor is standing there and allows me to run a white hot cutting torch across his skin. Does he feel it? Does it cut through him?

That was a magical/asgardian dagger that was wielded by Loki. Loki, who's far stronger than any jedi. Even if a lightsaber can cut through Thor (and thats doubtful considering how little IM's blasts affcted him) the jedi's don't have enough strength to cut deeply.

On the ground resisting and then through the hammer at him and he got face wrecked him. The force is weak in comparison.
