Tien is the master of the most powerful Energy Blast in the series, the Ki Ko Ho. It allowed him, a human, to beat Second Form Cell to the ground and rip Super Buu in Half. I don't know much about this Extremist Armour. But does it have Super Buu+ Durability?

Buu was never very durable, you could cut him with a knife. It's his regeneration that makes him so hard to kill.

IM can legit take a beating, I'm thinking of the time he fought Thor and Worthy Grey Gargoyle, sure he didn't come out on top but he took some serious punishment. Well Tien's beam was powerful enough to the point where even Goku had to dodge and his Kamehameha paled in comparison as early as the 22nd Budokai (sp?) and his energy attacks should be up there in Part 2 DB
