Actually Glads showing proves his worth and not the other way around.
For example, Cyke pinky fingered all of Thor's might. Yet Gladiator actually bothered Cyke. This shows that Glads was beyond Thor physically. So he is definitely no weakling.

I don't see how team 1 can beat Sentry though.
