Team Black Panther -Vs- Team Batman

Who wins?
No prep..
No BFR..

Pure H2H bar fight...
No weapons....

Black Panther
Namor
Spider-Man
Wolverine

Vs

Batman
Aquaman
Cyborg
Hawkman

So Wolverine cant use his claws and Cyborg can only use his fists? If so Team 1 wins.
