any version of King Kong would go down to Hulk (besides maybe KK vs G). As far as Godzilla, there are some versions (like Tattoos N Scars mentioned, Final Wars) that can beat Hulk, but Zilla from the Emmerich film? He gets his face ripped in half like Kong did to that one V-Rex.
