Um, yeah... This is spite.
At its height, the CIS military contained "over a quadrillion droids":

And that was just the inorganic portion of the CIS military--there were still vast amounts of organic components that helped comprise its totality as well. Geonosis alone, for example, was capable of producing "millionS" of Bug-Warriors every year:

The Rebels cannot possibly contend with numbers of that magnitude. They'd get swarmed like ants on a sugar cube.
Eh, that's assuming a strait fight. And this is the rebel alliance, and their ships are superior.
For all the droids, they can still only go where the CIS fleet takes them, and the CIS fleet is smaller and weaker than the Imperial fleet by a good margin.
If they can pin down where the CIS leadership is, they can take it out.
The CiS take this, droidekas, Magna-guards, Super battle droids they are an infinite supply of expandable peons, they can afford to blow their own ships while the rebels are "human" who don't want to lose men or ships. Also didn't the Clone troopers use EMP rifles or rifles specifically designed for battle against droids? if so, the CIS wins with very little effort.

Eh not really. The CIS isn't like the Empire, it could function just fine even if its leadership is decapitated. Think about people like Bonterri, all the senators, banking clan members, commerce guild members, ect.
