Vader is faster, has a sword that can cut through anything, more powerful TK, Force speed, pre-cog, etc... How's Voldemort gonna do anything with an invisible hand crunching his windpipe?
I'd bring up Voldemort trying to murder a newborn infant and failing...but at this point it's in one ear out the other with you.

Show Vader doing it instantly to anyone with tk powers himself. We see him fail against Obi despite being superior as well and having ya know precog. Anakin should have listened to Obi's pleas to not jump. But then again Vader is an idiot who is emotional.

No more Voldemort, he is laying in the ground with a crushed throat and broken neck.
