THE IRON MAJOR
(Zemo)
Like Zemo, this dirty Nazi has that aristocratic, better than you attitude going on. His arch enemy was SGT Rock, who was basically DC’s WWII era Captain America. This being comics the Major surviving into/coming to 2019 isnt a stretch.
KARRIEN EXCALIBUS
(The Black Knight)
Once a knight of Heaven, the former Archangel of War isn't at 100% while banished to earth but he’s still extremely powerful by mortal standards. And extremely pissed. If there’s one thing dirty Nazis know how to do its focus anger.
THE EMERALD EMPRESS & THE PERSUADER
(The Enchantress & Skurge)
They aren't from Asgard but the 31st century. Like the Marvel versions though they're a gorgeous magic user and her big badass powered axe wielding partner. They see their dirty Nazi leader as a means to an end.

MURR, THE MELTING MAN
(The Melter)
Even w.out a Yellow Ring, this mostly mindless alien has the power to melt living beings w. his touch. He’s the kind of minion dirty Nazis dream of.
MARK ANTAEUS
(Wonder Man)
This guy killed himself after screwing up as a member of the JLA. Brought back to life and beholden to a dirty Nazi (if he disobeys he dies), he’ll be a good conflicted team member and decent Simon Willians stand in.
