it honestly is almost always true.

99% of marvel characters have a long and complicated backstory.

99% of dc characters have a huge stereotype they've already reused like 30 times.

I admit they have a lot of unique ones, but just not nearly enough, and they give them almost no publicity, its mostly the super famous heroes now.

Which ones? Be more specific.

Both are equally as bad/good as each other, IMO. It's less about companies/characters, and more about writers.

As an example, Grant Morrison made the JLA great again. He then made the X-men interesting.

Well, basically Dc plays the "main character" kind of story.

Poster Dc characters are super complex/well done.

I actually like the obscure characters in DC more. Orion, Shade, Swamp Thing, Tim Hunter, Doom Patrol are all complex.

I feel its mostly because they're related to more main characters.

I mostly blame the writers of Dc personally.

I.e. This is batman, his parents were brutally murdered when he was a boy, he grew up scared of bats, and eventually trained to fight crime..

Darkseid's planet is at war with orions, etc.

(idk bout the others) but I respect DC.

But in the last few years I've seen so many facepalm moments from them.

I.e. watched the son of batman get his arm broken and a sever several major veins and arteries in his movie versus deathstroke, camera cut, next both arms are fine and deathstrok still is fully damaged.

Dc is pretty epic also, just sometimes I want to walk iin the office of all the writers and shoot them ALL Dx

It's a couple of people on that team that if they actually sat foot on earth it would destroy it along with everyone else on it. That team is too powerful.

Do you mean the entire DC Universe? No. DC's creator "God" actually gets involved in things (just recently breaking up PS and Spectre). If he/she/it saw the Marvel team as a legit threat to his creation, he'd just kick them out or instantly kill them (if he/she/it was feeling merciful), or if he/she/it was feeling like a little @$$hole, he'd/she'd/it'd confine them to Hell and have them burn forever there.

DCnU universe doesn't have to go to God for help. They have many powerful beings already to deal with this team. Even if they are fairly new universe.
