some. While the nightsisters embrace neither light nor dark they do tend to lean a lot towards the darkside, but they have powers based around the light. Nightsister magik is derived from the force so yes a jedi could defiantly use it

Dathomir Witch magic, yes. Nightsister specifically is darkside, but there's lightside witches too. It's just a way of using the force *and* one of the most famous Witches was a Jedi.
