im actually on Fistos side, Aside from his sexually ambiguous last name, he is my favorite of the two. How does that decide the victor? well I consider them to be equals so really its just pick your favorite

Plo koon, Kit Fisto's favored/mastery of Form: I Shii-Cho, can't do much against a single opponent, plus Koon beat ventress with a broken arm so meh

Shii-Cho isn't specifically weak against singular opponents, it's simply excellent at dealing with hordes of enemies. It's only real weakness is Form II: Makashi, which was created specifically to be it's perfect counter.

In single combat, assuming that Plo Koon is not a Makashi user, Fisto's Shii Cho would remain effective as a wild, unpredictable offense.

You need only look at Kento Marek's application of Form I. Shii-Cho to see how 'effective, wild and unpredictable' it can be against a duelist like Vader(granted-it IS Vader)

Plo Koon's best feat is beating Ventress with a broken arm, which is all the more impressive considering how much in particular a Form V user would be plagued by only being able to use one arm.

Wish he had more dueling feats, that fight with Ventress indicates an insane amount of skill.
