The Dragonite seen in Pokemon's first season a Bill's lighthouse faces off against Godzilla. Dragonite has all the powers he has in the shows, but he stands almost 100 feet tall.

The fight occurs in Tokyo.

Godzilla easily, unless we're talking some massively watered down version. I don't know anything about the most recent movie, though.

He's not as extreme as Millennium. He's not snorting black holes and spitting out universal explosions. But he is pretty powerful and pretty huge.

If so, then we also can expand on that 'powerful' bit: dude shrugged off everything the military tossed at him including a few nukes back in the 1940s/50s. chased after the MUTOs for virtually the entirety of his time in the movie, fought them both from day to night (probably midnight judging by how damn dark it was) and taking all kinds of abuse from them...

I'm referring to the newest Godzilla, so this will probably expand a lot more when the movie comes out.

Dragonite is most likely faster and has better versatility. Godzilla is stronger and more durable.

I don't think Godzilla would even catch him.

The only person that can handle Big G is Charles Barkley, he's Earth's greatest warrior after all.
