superman & superboy vs flash and his rogues

Rules:
1.The rogues get 1 month prep
2.The battle takes place in Gotham
3.Flash is Wally West
4. Win via Bfr or K.O

The one where Flash is Wally West..he stomps. As for the rogues, are you counting someone like Zoom in there? If not, I feel Superman and Superboy could take it.

Hmm...

Are we including people like Shade, Abra Kadabra, Zoom, and Grodd, or just the quirky dork Rogues (Trickster, Pied Piper, Captain Boomerang, Weather Wizard)? I think Mirror Master presents a unique challenge if he can reflective surface jump someone like Abra or Grodd inside of the Supermen's eyes.
