I undeestand that, which is why i referenced the fight coming down to shaw and loki's power sets. Spidey and XI''s abilities wont determine the victor.

Why

Shaw is pretty much unstoppable in this scenario. Maybe Spidey can web him up to immobilize him? Would that work? I'm not sure. He would be pushing and struggling against the webs, and they would be pushing back with the same force, which he would absorb and get stronger off of, if my impression of his powers are right. That means he cant really be hurt or stopped here. It basically comes down to Shaw, and he is above everyone here.

Shaw/Weapon XI is ridiculously OP'd. Only chance Lokiman has is to brainwash him... if they can catch him.

Shaw/Weapon XI stomps hard.
