Shaak Ti vs An'ya Kuro

Should be a good fight, but I'd put my money on Kuro. Giving Vader a good fight with a less responsive environment impresses me more than Ti giving Starkiller a good fight.

Anyway Shaak Ti wins this in a not so close match due to it being on Felucia. On neutral ground TFU Shaak is roughly on par with Kuro; arguably superior.

The Dark Woman was in a self imposed exile before the Clone Wars, and was a spy during the Clone Wars. She couldn't have realistically been on the Council during either of those events.

And she still died to Starkiller. An'ya Kuro gave Darth Vader a good fight on a planet that would provide a lot less of an amp as lightside felucia.
