In legacy, we've got Talon, who's obviously not top tier, Maladi, who's likely similar (I really don't know which of the two is stronger, actually), Saarai, who's clearly got crazy potential for her age but isn't full trained, and T'ra Saa, who's very powerful but rooted to one spot.
(And Morrigan Corde, who's a nice badass normal, but still, normal).
So no top contenders there.
Lesse, New Sith Wars, there's Belia Darzu, the last Sith strong enough to hold all the other lords united under her. But we lack knowledge of her.
There's also Vilia Calimondra, one of the more successful in the warlord era, and she had two granddaughters who were notably as well, Dromika with fantastically powerful mental abilities, though no combat abilities, and Arkadia Calimondra, who was a reasonably strong warlord. Arkadia's the only one really suited to argue, and she's less strong than Zannah.
RoT Sith, you've got Zannah, Cognus, and Darth Gean, who killed her master when he turned lightside and became of the lords Plageuis focused on in his teachings.
Oh, there's Fae Coven of the Jedi. Little is known of her save for that she was Grand Master before Yoda, and her telekinesis is stronger than CW-era Yoda.
Nomi Sunrider and Satele Shan and Jaina Solo are the other Jedi of most note.
As stated by my friend Emperordmb the ones will not appear in this tournament for obvious reasons. as for people like Mother Talzin who are force users but not technically sith or jedi, yes they will appear in this tournament so long as they have some combat feats(e'g Mother Talzin dueling Windu, Aurra sing dueling Aayla, killing Heet despite never finishing her training) Jedi/Sith like Stass Allie, Lonna Vash or Depa billabas sister, Sar Labooda who have no real combat feats, will not appear here.
