Vader has torn off doors, broken durasteel binders, smashed crystal columns, and supported the weight of a dozen stormtroopers.
He is stronger than Bane, his speed feats are better than his as well during the DOE era. Luke smashing his arms is highly impressive, much more impressive than Zannah being an admittedly weaker Bane who doesn't have as many showings.

Torn off doors- that's cool. Bane tore off doors while drugged that were confirmed to be durasteel

Crystal columns- not really sure how impressive this even is as far as strength feats go.
Dozen stormtroopers- I can't realistically picture how Vader would hold up all twelve at the same time. Was he benching them or something?

Vader's arms didn't look smashed to me, unless you are referring to him cutting Vader's hand off with his lightsaber.
Bane in DOE is at least three times faster than he was in POD, where he was moving too fast for other force users to even see and making it seem as if time had stopped for the rest of the world. I'm not quite sure what speed feats you are referring to that are greater than this.

Bane's rain feat is still the most impressive showing of speed in the mythos; I have yet to see another Force user match it.
