The only advantage Khan has is fighting speed. Pred still trumps him in strength and experience. The Predator's job is to kill and to do it efficiently. It may not be easy for Pred, but I think he takes the win if he doesn't mess around. Arnold would have been dead if the Pred went for the kill instead of relenting just to play around and taunt Arnold.
IDK. Khan was pretty beastly. Tanked Kirk's hits as well as Predator did Arnold's. Speed to near-teleport away from Kirk and co. when they were sneaking on Marcus' ship. Durability to survive crashing his ship into San Fran and engaging in a foot chase afterwards. Took several stun bolts to take him down. Khan is definitely a superhuman.
I don't think this will be as easy for Predator as his other prey. I'll give Khan 6.5-7/10

Spock is also stronger and more skilled in hand to hand than Dutch or the Predator. He hunted them. He wasn't killing them efficiently. His purpose is to hunt not pick everyone off before they can blink.
