Celeste Mourne (Fully Posessed) vs Darth Krayt (Reborn)

Curious to see who would win at the respective peaks of their strength.

Probably Krayt. He was supposedly much more powerful after being reborn.

Wyyrlok was the opinion that healthy pre-reborn Krayt would not have fallen in that battle. That's not exactly a scientifically tested judgement, but it does suggest that Reborn would come out on top.
