Really though, Venom. Spidey's spider sense is useless here. He does have a speed advantage due to having better speed feats than both Tobey Spider and Venom.

He's not as strong or durable though. Ones Venom gets his hands on him, he's screwed. Cap is a bit of a non-factor here.
