Yoda can solo. Vandar will serve as a distraction, I guess.

Vandar was the leader of the Jedi Order in one of its most militant times. So...I'd imagine him to be around Malak level. So Team 1.

Malak's one handed lightsaber form may cause Yoda problems

Revan and Malak together are still at least a whole tier below Vitiate at this point. They get sh*tstomped by Yoda alone.

Which means...what exactly? Is he fifth, or one hundredth? Both would qualify for that title. Yoda and Shaak Ti are both among the most powerful Jedi ever; would a fight between them be remotely close?

The KOTOR era is stated to be more the Jedis prime then PT, having countless expert duelists and dueling Dark Jedi daily, compared To your battle droids of the PT era.

The KOTOR era was the Jedi's prime to that time, just as how the Roman Empire at its peak may have fielded the greatest military to its time in history. That doesn't mean it could take the United States, lmao.
