It already happened on panel.
1/10 of the power of the Classic Starbrand allowed Quasar to reconstitute his body after he was nullified by the Classic UN (he didn't even know he possessed the Starbrand at the time). This was actually a pretty big deal but........
nowadays, you have Spiderman/Thing/Rogue Celestials withstanding a blast from the UN.

But what's the Thing and Spidey story? I wanna see scans?
Issue numbers? (cause there has to be some explanation)
... or the UN has truly gone to poop?
**edit: btw, In Marvel, only the Fury has withstood true spatial/temporal nullification.
According to Merlyn, 616-MJJ's warp would resist spatial/temporal nullification as well.
Yet, a 'god' like HOM Wanda or Franklin for instance are susceptible to the same spatial/temporal nullification affects.
So it goes to show, you have to be pretty special to over-write this understanding. (historically speaking that is)

@Zop: That creature killed himself. I think it's obvious the writer did not intend to make us think either Ben or Peter tanked the UN here friends.
Imo, the side-affect destruction was like a shock-wave or something perhaps from the creature exploding or as an inadvertence from the UN like a sonic boom.
I think it was the creature exploding, hence a remaining arm looking like it was blown off of something.
Classically speaking the creature should've been erased entirely regardless of where he shoots himself.

So, other than the ambiguous Celestial scenario, (which can be debated)
still haven't seen anyone truly survive/tank the UN. (sans pis/cis/plot)
