No, I like marvel but like Disney overall better than fox. Marvel comic book characters are knocking them out of the park whereas dc characters reside in one company. It is still a struggle.

What does that have to do with him being original? By that logic the Avengers is a copy cat of Watchmen.
So you are trying to save face. BTW DC has a strong stance in small screen and comic book success so that other statement simply isn't true.
QS has no way of hurting Superman. On top of that Supes could just fly and zap the ground with heat vision.
