Marvel Bias. How is BB beating WW uncuffed? She will one shot him. And how is BB winning without using his voice? She's better in every way and every attribute.

Anyway fighting in character WW in all 3. She's stronger, far faster, and much more skilled. That lasso is a cheap win as well.

BB can win a few by staggering her with his voice. It's not an automatic win though. It would just turn the tables. But his character is to reserve his voice until extreme circumstances. That's why he will win a few against cuffed WW.
