Loved seeing Kotal using Rain's power against him like that. lol Ripping off a couple of Goro's arms like that was badass too. His guard was down that moment after exhausting his powers on Goro, and she kinda cheap-shotted him, to be fair. Surprised she was using a gun though and not her classic energy rings move.
Oh, and I'm convinced by now that Reiko's just seducing Mileena/kissing ass so he can share the throne.
Nah, I get ya. Doesn't feel like he'll be a main antagonist but more of an anti-hero or something. His character's definitely interesting regardless though. Perhaps the main baddie could still be Shinnok after all.. or Onaga maybe...
Pre-order shenanigans aside, I wonder if Goro's playability in MKX will even be canon. Guess it depends on whether someone with magic puts his lost arms back together or gives him new ones or something in a future issue.

And I'm guessing he became purified after the soulnado he was knocked into by Nightwolf near the end of MK9, and had a little assistance by divine intervention from the Elder Gods or something. Who knows though.
Regardless of how, Quan Chi seems to have eventually lost control of most of the characters who were previously dead. Some of the more minor ones seem to have remained dead though (like Jade, while Kitana uses her weapons in one of her variations as compensation), and I believe I saw Sindel still zombified in the story trailer...
