The Force doesn't really come into play here as Grievous can't use it at all and Lsu has practically ignored developing her ability with it to focus exclusively on lightsabre training.
Lsu supposedly killed as many Sith Lords as the thought bomb. While this is hyperbolic and can't be considered a true feat, it is clear that she killed a lot of Sith, even lesser ones.
