Hi, I'm Lee from New Zealand. I don't post much but I visit a lot because there are some funny people on here , Bran you crack me up just about every post.
I am nearly fifty, and I teach primary school age kids. I'm married (she's a teacher too) and I have a grown-up daughter and two grandsons.
I like to listen to Carver arguing, and I love the way Golgo posts so many cool images. I used to have a big comic collection but I had to sell it when me and my wife moved from one end of New Zealand to the other. In the same week I also had to sell my fishing boat. It was a bad week. Now I rely on the town library, which does an okay job.
I think people get a bit carried away about comics on here sometimes, but then I remind myself that that's what they love and if someone thought that sort of carrying-on was stupid then , well, go somewhere else. KMC versus - where lunatics and obsessives cram together and shout loudly at each other about minute details normal people would never get in a million years. This is a great great site.

I'm Kris, full name Kristoffer Hornburg Bolton. I'm 25 years old, born and raised in Norway. I'm finishing up my masters in Educational science and Japanese studies. Next spring I'll be graduating and going to start working as a teacher or in the dpt. of education.
Been reading comics since I was 4 years old and came across some of my grandfather's old x-men comics. Always had a love for comics, manga and books, but I never had anyone to discuss the stuff with. None of my friends ever had any real interest in comics and that's basically why I was so happy to come across this board.
Most people probably know me as 'llagrok' from way back when.
My favourite comics have and will always be x-men, though you'll probably see me debating against any overeager fanboy, often in Thor's favour. I live with and love my girlfriend, and she's the only contender for my love of reading and debating. While I've noticably calmed down nowadays, my anger used to make Bada quake in his lizard-boots biscuits
Facebook's really the only social media I use, other than skype and personal messages.
I didn't mention that I do most of my gaming on Steam nowadays. Since I've been studying abroad a lot and such my xbox hasn't always been available.

Thought I might as well add a bit more to the post.
I never said my age last time for some reason. I am 16 years old and entering my first year of College. I put off posting my age only because I thought if people knew I was 16 I may get treated differently. I know it wouldn't happen as everyone here are cool guys (and girls) but it was just one of them things I got in my head.
But I hope people can tell that despite my age I am a mature person and enjoy the discussions that I have on here. And then doing things such as the respect threads which help me therapeutically in a way to calm me down when I am feeling down in whatever way.
I have 4 siblings, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. One brother and sister live with me and the other 2 live far away.
The brother who lives with me is Rhys. He is the one who you probably find me mentioning on here quite a bit. You will often here me regaling a tale of how he has wrecked something in my bedroom.
It is something I can't really help though as he is autistic, but luckily he is progressing and he wont have to go into a school specifically for children with special needs.

Sorry for looking a little bit of a twonk in this photo. It was after my brother had first woke me up and I had the idea about making the extra post here so I look a bit dreary and my hair is all scruffy but trust me I am not like this all the time. Retook the photo about 10 times but I just couldn't be arsed taking another.
With the way I am with the Agoraphobia I kept on putting this off but I feel like I can trust everyone here so I hope this helps anyone who has only had a brief conversation with me.
I look forward to many more years of great times on here.
