What would have been different if Grievous had been in the Battle of Geonosis?

Grievous was supposedly in the catacombs of the Geonosian hive. He didn't come out, but he was their. If he came o0ut lightsabers ablaze into the arena, how would that have affected the war?

You mean besides in the catacombs slaughtering without a lightsaber? He was there, just not surface level.
